San Marcos, CA: Mel & Mary Ann Eaves and Jessica & Katherine Mathews are excited to announce Peridot Equestrian LLCs’ purchase of Rosandrin EDI from the Equine Elite Auction 2018 in the Netherlands. This is the first acquisition of the newly formed Peridot Equestrian LLC, based near San Diego, California.
Rosandrin is out of Hanoverian Premium Mare, Sunshine Fire (st.pr.st), who is out of Hanoverian Premium Mare Florin (st.pr.st.). Rosandrin is also the direct cousin of the 2016 World Champion, Victoria’s Secret and is 3/4 sister to Steffen Peter’s next Olympic prospect, Rosemunde.
Rosandrin is sired by Rock Forever, who was champion at the Dressage Festival in Bremen with a high score of 8.9 and additionally achieved several victories in competitions for young dressage horses. His sire, Rockwell, is a celebrated multi-champion in advanced jumping and dressage competitions.
Rosandrin’s dam’s sire, Sandro Hit, needs no introduction and it suffices to say that he has been one of the most influential sires in recent history.
